Road Trip Time . . . .

Shawna went on a road trip and she is BACK.  You know what that means for us?  Lots of goodies.   She traveled to Country Blossom Farms in Alexandria, Minnesota and came back with loads of beautiful pumpkins and gourds. 

What I love about the pumpkins are the unique shapes and colors; such a fun way to add contrast to our fall decorating.  The gourds are perfect!  They come in wonderful shapes, whimsical designs and great fall colors, such an easy and inexpensive way to dress up any fall table setting.


Shawna also brought back her very popular pepper jelly. This year she canned 400 jars.  Here is the other exciting part!!!  She has perfected her raspberry blend pepper jelly, which will be available as well. 

Oh goodness, the jelly is just wonderful.  The perfect blend of sweet and spicy is my definition of the yumminess.  It is such a crowd pleaser; great to serve as an appetizer, snack, and to serve at parties, not to mention what a wonderful gift it can make!  It is so simple to serve: simply pour the jelly over fresh cream cheese and serve it over your favorite cracker.
